You Have No Time
You lack time to eat the right things, make healthy decisions, and stick to an exercise routine because

Is it your fault for prioritising what's important: your family's needs and wants? No. We have no time because we do give it to the most imprtant people in our lives. We have no time because we work hard for them. It's not your fault that you can't commit to regular fitness schedule because you have more important things to do. You are taught that there are more important things to do by society, by your money-hungry boss, even by your culture and family traditions.
It's not your fault that you grew up believing that as a father, you have always be the pillar of your family by being the sole financial provider.
