Provide More to Family
My client told me how happy he is to now be able to provide more for his family. He used to tell me how he has been stagnant with his career for years and this had him worrying about the future of his family, given his kids are still young and his wife is a stay-at-home.
It wasn’t like this before. He always has that burning spirit to work hard. Not until the stresses and pressures of being his family’s sole provider took its tool and piled up on his gut. He gained 15kg of excess weight.
It didn’t end there.
👉 He started getting tired easily.
👉 He was always feeling lethargic.
👉 He goes to work and feel he’s not being productive.
👉 He doesn’t have much energy to play with his kids and enjoy intimate time with his wife.
👉 His health was deteriorating and his doctor advised him that his high cholesterol levels may put him at higher risk of having heart attacks and stroke.
Everything is slowly falling apart.
Even his performance at work is not getting any better.
Until one day, he decided to finally take an action towards losing the excess fat and change his lifestyle for the better.
Through systems and routines, he was able to overcome the hurdles of always stress-eating and lacking the motivation and discipline to do physical activities.
It wasn’t perfect. During the first 2 weeks, his weight was yoyoing.
But then he put his game face back on and managed to get back on track – ultimately losing all of the excess fat.
All throughout this process, he also learned from me the other aspects of a healthy lifestyle that most people ignore:
✅ Getting enough deep sleep
✅ Setting aside time for his kids and partner
✅ Having “me” time – in his case, practising & improving his hobby in photography.
✅ Trying not to get overworked
✅ Having a plan and sticking to his schedule
✅Staying hydrated
And all of these paid off big time as he was recently promoted to his job! Congratulations, bro!
With more confidence and more energy that he found during this losing weight journey, he was inevitably thriving at work. He found himself being more productive even without clocking in overtime hours. He comes home from work to his family feeling happy that his kids are getting enough food and decent education. He comes home to his loving wife, relieved in knowing that they both are in good health condition and that they have enough savings to be able to envision their future with their family.
As a body transformation coach, I am trained in psychology at postgraduate and master degree levels. I'm also trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). These important pieces of the puzzle in body transformation are extremely important in order to see sustained changes in your body.
