You only need to invest MINIMAL time to get MAXIMUM results. You just need to invest in 10 minutes a day to start losing bodyfat. WHY: When you know how to leverage time, you will be able to take control of your body, fitness and health. And you will be able to master the methods of managing time for fat loss which will help attain what you desire most—which is being an amazing parent to your kids. HOW: ✔ Work on Nutrition and exercise that is time-efficient. It is not the quantity but it is the quality of exercises that you need to do to see long-lasting results. ✔ You need quality sleep so that you have enough rest and for you – LOWER CORTISOL levels so that your body will burn fat effectively and efficiently. ✔ Stop eating when you are 80% full. ✔ Do doable things. Not complex and difficult tasks that you are not able to sustain. This prevents yo-yoing. This creates habits. These are a few of the efficient methods that my successful, committed clients use in order to achieve the body that they want. And I know you want this too, in order to: ✔ Have the energy to keep up with your kids and not just the physical energy, but the emotional energy too. ✔ Feel confident in your own skin. ✔You want your children to see you for who you really are, not this tired stranger who’s taken over. ✔ You want to be able to enjoy all good things with your children in the future, and not worrying about obesity-related health risks that might only burden them as they grow up. In order to get here, you need to make the decision that you will take action to get there NOW. You need to prioritise yourself first because YOU are the most important person to your kids. It’s not a selfish thing AT ALL. You see, it’s the most selfless thing you can do to your kids and your family—with a thriving body, you will be able to nurture healthy relationships with them and even secure their future too in terms of taking care of their own body.
