An Announcement for Parents Like You ?
Dear Friends, I have an announcement to make. As many of you may already know, I’ve been a fat loss coach for more than 20 years, helping different people to lose fat and get fit. For the next few months or so, I will be focusing my outreach efforts to helping PARENTS who are struggling to lose weight and fat, especially around the tummy. To help them find their confidence back by getting fitter and healthier. This includes: ➡️ Parents who have been exercising for quite a while now without seeing results; ➡️ Parents who have been eating healthy but have not seen significant results; ➡️ Parents who have been relying on motivation but tend to lose it every time; ➡️ Parents who have been waiting for that day when they can discipline themselves but until now, that day is yet to come; and ➡️ Parents who have been struggling to find time to exercise, even for just a short daily morning jog. Now I know what you might be thinking right now. Who does Sharm think he is? Is he such a great parent that he can coach other parents? Well, no, I don’t know if I’m a great parent, but I know I strive to be one. I’ve got so much to improve as a parent. And like most of you: ➡️ I’ve been overweight because of my lack of discipline with food and because I’ve just got too much to do to think about exercise and eating the right things at the right time; ➡️ I have a sweet tooth and I find it hard to fight my sugar, ice cream and other favourite food cravings; ➡️ I’ve struggled with how to manage my time efficiently, juggling work and family matters; ➡️ I’ve lost motivation or just given up trying to find it anymore. But as the years go by, and as I start realising the effects of my failing body to my kids and family: —me having less energy —me getting more and more tired to spend quality time with them —me losing my confidence that I can gain fitter body back I knew then that something has to be done. So I started by committing myself—body, heart, and mind—100% to health programs that will not only make my body fitter but will also improve my family relationships, including quality time with my kids better. As my health and family relationships thrive, I start to think, “How I can really help and do my part in getting parents to be amazing moms and dads?”I’ve been helping hundreds, if not thousands of people and parents for the past 20 years to lose weight and get fit. Also, as I’m armed with a Master of Science degree around fat loss, fitness, nutrition and psychology various diplomas, degrees and international certifications based on nutrition, fitness and psychology, I am confident that I can assist parents using my expertise in this area. And now I can tell you that to be an amazing parent, you need to work on getting your body healthy and fit. When you are overweight and unfit: —You’ll easily get tired; —You get stressed every time you come home from work and this actually directly transfer to your interactions with kids and how they feel when they’re with you; —You’re less confident and this affects your performance both at work and at home. What happens in 5 years if you don’t make a change? —You’ll gain even more weight; —You’ll probably get weak, upset, and will have super low esteem; —You’ll succumb into giving up and just rely on unhealthy foods to temporarily ease your pains. And in 10 years? —You’ll get depressed; —Your health will start deteriorating; —You’ll show signs of heart diseases and other struggles of being unfit; — You’ll be constantly anxious about your future. And the very things that you don’t want to happen: —You won’t be able to enjoy the things that you love doing with your kids; —You won’t be able to see your kids graduate in college; —You won’t be in your son’s or daughter’s wedding photos; —You won’t be able to see your grandchildren; —You simply will not be present in any significant events of your kids’ lives as they grow up; —Your kids’ future is something that you don’t even want to imagine to happen because you weren’t really there to provide guidance. HOWEVER, When your body is in great condition, your mind will get sharper and you’ll be more present for your kids. How is this so? —You’ll have more energy to do all the things that you love; —You’ll also have more energy to do all the things that you love doing WITH your kids be it playing their favourite sports with them, travelling together, or simply eating out together; —You’ll also gain more confidence and this will boost your productivity at work. You will not be stressed every time you come home from work and chances are, you will end work early (cos you’re darn productive) so you can have a more enjoyable time with your kids; —You’ll generally feel happy, young, and not worried about your health hence you are confident you can build your children’s future better. So I’m here to show you an easy-to-follow system—doable and manageable—nothing crazy like doing cardio every day. In fact, most of my methods don’t require exercise. So if your mind is set to become the best parent that your kids deserve, be ready to commit, and together, we shall work on your body getting fitter and healthier.
