Here’s to the dad who feels hopeless: has a bulging tummy, and perhaps has high blood pressure and other health issues that are just waiting to happen.

Here’s to the dad who feels hopeless: has a bulging tummy, and perhaps have high blood pressure and other health issues that are just waiting to happen.

Bro, you’re a walking time-bomb.

You could be in your early 30s
You could be in your 40s
You could be in your 50s

At such age, you have sacrificed so much for your kids and family.

Nothing could ever compare the love that you have given to everyone else.

Putting yourself aside for the benefit of other people.

The cost of all these sacrifices:

– Your belly is getting fatter
– Your energy slowly depleting
– You get tired easily even from just small tasks whether at home or at work
– You have high blood pressure and your fat percentage is consistently high
– One of your worst fears is a broken lift, leaving you with no choice but to climb up several flights of stairs to reach your flat where your kids are all waiting
– But then as soon as you reach, you’re out of breath, collapse to the couch, opening a pack of delicious potato chips while watching TV and laze the night away
– You schedule visits to the doctor quite often and every time, your heart breaks at the news that you’re at risk of getting diabetes, stroke, and worse: cancer.

At the back of your head

– You fear that your kids will grow up not looking up to you as their super dad.
– You fear that you will be your kids’ biggest disappointment.
– You fear that your wife might not find you unattractive anymore and you fear that she will find happiness in someone who’s much younger and healthier. Won’t happen? Think again.
– You fear that your being overweight will eventually turn into a serious disease causing everything to fall apart: your dreams, your finances, your family relationships, your future.

I want you to know that your fears are valid. Your emotions are valid.

After all, being an unhealthy, overweight parent is the last thing you’d imagined yourself when you were younger.

You didn’t want all of this.

Because all you wanted was to be able to give the best to your loved ones.

You don’t need another promise.
You don’t need another fad diet.

Time is ticking. You need a solution that works, now!

All this time, nobody and nothing has taught you how you can induce the fat loss process for the whole 24 hours.


Popular media has taught you that weight loss is a mathematical formula.

Less calories in – more calories out = less kg.

Logically, this is correct.
The error in this formula is that it neglects muscle mass and fats.

How much of the kg lost is fat? How much of the kg lost is fat?

All of these affects your health.
Your health scopes much more than the numbers on the scale.

You could be losing weight, but there could still be fats and sugar in your blood—

Which are common instigators for heart attack, stroke, and diabetes.
