How this Busy Working Mum is 10x Happier Now


"I'm soooo HAPPPPPYYYY" ..... Why my client – a mother of two & a busy working mum – is 10x happier now than even before.

A client of mine just told me that she is happier than ever before. In the past, she used to be upset and because she had to look strong for her family, nobody knew the countless times she was depressed - she always forced a smile when she was with people around her.

And because of this, she was struggling to keep herself strong and confident.

The reason why she was always like this before was because being 20 kgs overweight really pulled her down. When she wanted to go on diet and not eat so much, her hubby would say she looked great and beautiful. So, she continued eating and had lots of trouble trying to exercise too ‘cause kids keep saying don’t need to exercise because she looked fine.

Even her friends, they keep saying the same things. While it may look like the words are compliments, deep inside, she was crying; she was depressed. She was breathing hard, her confidence was low, but she had to fake being happy. All because she feels the need to embody the stereotype of being the “mother who always sacrifices for everyone” – because that is supposed to be a good thing, and THE right thing to do. Deep inside, everyone around her is not helping her get happier.

When she decided to ignore everyone else and got me as her coach, the first thing we did was to change everyone's perspective. We worked on communication with the people that she loves and they started to give her support.

Losing weight is not only about exercise and food. Mindset and environment play a more important part in getting started.

For her, these are the things that made her move forward. Her will and ability to be brave enough to tell others that she is unhappy have enabled her to get started in her transformation.

She is much happier now. She now enjoys more quality time with her kids and her partner; she’s now more confident at work with the rediscovered energy and feeling better about herself physically and emotionally; she doesn’t feel guilty about putting herself first because everyone else understands – and her putting herself a priority actually benefitted everyone else she loves.

She’s a mother of two and a busy working mom, as well as a person who knows how to take care of body not only for herself but also for her loved ones. And she couldn’t be more genuinely happy
