Sharing with you a story of how my client โ a pretty missus who seemed to be so reserved and uptight, shared with me how her husband now finds her a lot sexier than before they got married and had kids! โฃ

Before this, she used to be so conscious of what her partner thinks after gaining weight from the beginning of motherhood to when her babies grew to be the playful and clingy toddlers that they are now. โฃ

Motherhood can be stressful. Especially at an age where her kids seem to need her all the time, she couldnโt find the time to eat properly and regular do physical activities such as jogging every morning, let alone sign up for a gym membership. Her single friends seem to be in good shape โ and thinking that what she endures is โnormalโ for every mother, she let the unhealthy lifestyle get the best of her. โฃ

Busy mornings. โฃ
Hectic day at work. โฃ
Exhausted after-work evenings where thereโs little time and energy for quality time with kids. โฃ

By the time she goes to bed with her partner, the fire seems to easily die down. And itโs getting worse over the years. Is this really how it should go? โฃ

Although her hubby reassures her that he loves her no matter how she looks, at the back of her head, she wonders if her husband still finds her sexy. Because sheโs finding a difficult time finding out herself. โฃ

โI used to have an hourglass figure. Maybe all of these quick fixes would have worked if Iโm not a busy mother at all. Itโs all my fault. Iโm never going to be โsexyโ and slim again.โ โฃ

Of course, she has tried to solve the problem. Several times actually. โฃ

Quick fixes, magic pills, diet shakes, meal plans โ you name it. She has tried almost everything try and lose the almost 20kg of excess fat sheโs carrying for more than 7 years since the birth of their first born. She even considered surgery. โฃ

You could say I was one of her last resort. Sheโs one of the people who responded to the form on my website. And upon hearing her story during our appointment, one of the first things I told her was โItโs not your fault.โ โฃ

She loves her kids, she loves taking care of her family and there is certainly nothing wrong with that. But mums, you all need to realize that you got to take care of yourself too. Self-love and self-awareness are extremely important in every process of change. โฃ

While this client of mine had lost weight (2, 3 kg at most) over that course of 7 years, it almost always goes up immediately. โฃ

So as soon as she started a commitment with me and with herself, we worked on her habits and soon enough, she was able to lose 5kg in just 3 weeks. All using the right knowledge, skills, and abilities that quick fixes wonโt ever tell. โฃ

At the beginning of her third month with me as her coach, she was already back to her hourglass figure and the best thing is: her quality time with kids definitely improved as sheโs now have more energy to play with them, she doesnโt feel lethargic after coming home from work, and her husband definitely thinks sheโs now a lot more sexy than when they first met! โฃ
