FREE to all overweight working moms: 4-Day Coaching to sustain a fit body and healthy decisions into your everyday routines. Some of you may already know that I’m offering a free “parents only” 4-day challenge. Today, I’d like to talk: – To the mom who has tried so many weight loss quick fixes but has seen no tangible results or has only seen results only for the short-term. – To busy mom who can’t find the time to exercise. – To the mom who can’t give up her cravings and tend to overeat. Let’s take a look at your typical day now: – You have low energy coming home after a tiring day at work so you prepare a quick and unhealthy dinner for your family or perhaps order a fast-food takeaway. – You retire to the couch, destressing yourself by watching Netflix while binge-eating on chocolates, popcorns, chips, and sodas which are always “constants” in your fridge and pantry. – You then wake up feeling bloated and feeling too tired to even get up from the bed. – Your energy continues to spiral downwards as you go about your day at work, affecting your productivity. – For lunch, you go to the cafeteria or to the mall with your colleagues, not minding what you’re eating. You just eat whatever you think would give you more energy to make it through the day. – But this actually makes you feel guiltier because you can’t control your cravings and appetite: eating even when you’re full enough. – So you come home depressed, thinking you will not be able to lose weight ever again. As soon as you see your kids, you pat yourself on the back, thinking “It’s okay, I’m doing all of these for my kids.” – But then the thought of the future 5, 10, 20 years from now suddenly flashes, and you cringe at the fact that you might have to burden them with untimely diseases that come along with obesity. What will happen to your kids if you’re bedridden and unable to take care of them? You know something needs to change. But you don’t know where to start, being overwhelmed with so many information “out there”. So many contradictions, so many promises, so many quick fixes available. When you are on the right track, here’s how your typical day will look like: + You’re now able to sustain energy and spend quality time with kids after work: preparing a healthy meal for the whole family or asking your helper to make it for all of you in advance. You take the time to guide your kids with their school assignments and as much as possible, you find the time to play with them. + Your fridge is always stocked with eggs, fruits, vegetables, and lean meat/protein. + You take a rest, aiming for at least 7-8 hours of sleep. + You wake up feeling energised and are in a good mood to start the day. You’re now more productive at work too. + You now know how to put water into your daily lifestyle, making sure to drink one glass every before and after meals. + You also learn that drinking water will allow you to rethink and reconsider your cravings and that in this way, you won’t deprive yourself of eating all your favourite foods. + You know what to pick best in a cafeteria or a restaurant without feeling guilty at all because you have the knowledge on how to efficiently use calories and how to use stored fats for energy. + You now also have the time to do the right exercises for as little as 10 minutes a day in order to not lose your muscle mass. You now know that all this knowledge is essential in order for you to keep a fit and healthy body so you can be a better mom for your kids now and in future. With the right knowledge, skills, and abilities, you’re able to sustain a healthy lifestyle in the long run or even permanently, as long as you’re 100% committed.
