This mom client of mine used to be in the shadows - a modest personality she once thought would be best befitting as a stay-at-home mother of one girl. But behind her warm and approachable personality, she was deep inside struggling. ⁣

She knows she’s gaining weight everyday and she can’t help but question if she would still be able to lose all the excess baggage now that she’s not getting any younger. ⁣

She could feel that her body was easily feeling tired.⁣
She gets easily lethargic. ⁣
She even gets easily irritated at the simple things. ⁣
⁣⁣
Despite that she can’t control binge-eating. ⁣
It was her only escape from all the pains she’s been hiding all these years. ⁣
⁣⁣
And I know, it’s totally not her fault. ⁣
She deserves that one pint of ice cream! After all that hard labor and sacrifices of being a mother. ⁣

She used to be so workaholic in her 20’s but she gave it all up because she wants to be hands-on with raising their only daughter. ⁣

In her teens, she dreamed of a beautiful family – traveling together, playing together, going to parks together. Her present situation is not what she imagined her early 30’s would be like. Just the thought of jogging early in the morning makes her cringe.

She’s got more important things to do for her daughter, for her husband, for her elderly parents, and even for her husband’s family as their daughter-in-law. ⁣

Slowly, she blended into the backdrop and lost the teenage girl inside of her with a bubbly personality and big dreams for herself and for her family. ⁣

One call changed her life forever. ⁣

After about 90 days, she can’t believe what’s happening. ⁣

But the mirror and the scale don’t lie. ⁣

She now looks like a 20-year-old University student: toned legs, flat stomach, hourglass figure. ⁣

Someone who cringed at jogging every morning is now a fitness buff! ⁣

Someone who used to binge-eat a lot at night is now addicted to healthy recipes and healthy cooking! ⁣

Her recipes and her home workouts are now very popular among her circle of friends. But she’s even more popular – especially to her husband! 😉 ⁣

She’s happy doing all her responsibility as a mother, as a wife, as a daughter, as daughter-in-law, and as a friend. Before, she seems like someone who’s always trying to please everyone. Now everyone wants to know what’s her secret to being so busy and yet looking so happy and so sexy! ⁣

All of these didn’t happen overnight and they didn’t come without setbacks. ⁣

The first few days were the hardest. But she managed to push through with my guidance. ⁣

Yes, I was only there to guide her. Hats off – it’s all her. ⁣

This was last year but she still comes to me from time to time and even recommend new clients. ⁣
