You Don’t Have Discipline with Food
You know what's the right set of foods to eat and when to stop but somehow, you just can't stick to that diet plan.
👉 You skip breakfast because your mornings are the busiest! Preparing your kids' meals, calming their morning tantrums, driving them to school. You might have a helper but your kids will always look for you! Not to mention you have colleagues and bosses following up on deadlines. So you get drunk on coffee instead of grabbing the healthy bits. Sometimes, you drive-thru fast food chains because they're fast, convenient, and comes with coffee too.
👉 For lunch, you'll either have sandwich or go to the usually unhealthy food courts with colleagues.
👉 When dinner comes, that's when guilt takes over so you try to eat healthy food, leaving you unsatisfied for the rest of the night, sometimes even waking up in the middle of the night to open the fridge. You sulk over what's the point of dieting when you can't stick to your meal plans so might as well binge-eat all of your favorite snacks while watching Netflix.
👉 But deep inside, you know you're getting unattractive and you're losing confidence because your loved ones are embarrassed by your appearance.
Over time, you get depressed because you do not have self-control over this one significant area in your life: taking care of your health.
But of course, it's not your fault. Within your busy schedule, the smartest food choice is fast and processed foods: quick, cheap, and filling. Plus they're delicious! Our cravings are normal anyway. Everybody feels hungry and when you have sleepless nights and countless overtimes, the more your body needs energy from food to be able to do the things that you need to do.
I will show you a step-by-step system, how you can stick to your plan. What you should replace fast foods without taking much of your time in the mornings.
