You Can’t Fit Any Physical Activity Into Your Day Hence You’re Anxious About Your Future


You're always anxious about your future because you don't exercise regularly, your weight increases as you're anxiety increases too, you're worried about your kids' future too because you're not eating healthy food, you want to find the time to meditate and to do what you love in order not to feel anxious, you can't seem to find the time because you are always busy, either doing work or taking care of your family first, you'd rather rest when there's even a little time that you can find for yourself because you're always tired, weak, and anxious, or you always feel like you're on the edge.
