Stay Fit and Healthy without spending hours in the gym
It's possible for busy households to cultivate a healthy lifestyle while actually enjoying the process.
And by process, I mean really enjoying your favourite food and doing exercises that you really love, without having to spend countless hours in the gym.
Hi. I'm Coach Sharm and I'm a proud parent of 3 kids. I'm 44 years old this year. I've been a coach and personal trainer for more than 20 years. Together with my team, we have coached more than 10,000 people.
You see, when I meet someone who wants to change his or her lifestyle, that person always tells me that he or she KNOWS how to do it. Some of the answers they gave.
1) Do lots of cardio
2) Workout at least 1 hour a day
3) Saying NO to their favourite food.
4) Cut back calories so that they can get into a caloric deficit.
5) Or perhaps...take some kind of supplement that will help in getting a healthier body.
See, all of these things require a lot of effort and time. Especially for busy families, the usual response is to delay until weeks, months, and even years pass by without them doing anything about it.
This has to change. Fact is, staying fit and enjoying a balanced diet can be achieved without too much effort and time.
When we ignore what our bodies' wants and needs to get healthier, our minds and bodies may suffer severe consequences in the near future.
This has also an effect on our energy and productivity levels.
