Ketosis is one of those constant fitness-world-discussion-points, is it necessary for fat loss? Do you lack energy for lifting when in a ketogenic state? Can you really become fat adaptive??? My answer, I don’t know. But what I do know is this: – ketosis has always worked for me
– ketosis has always been a GREAT way for me to stay focused
– ketosis has always been a plan I haven’t strayed from
-ketosis has always made my body look great
– ketosis has never seemingly effected my strength
Therefore, for a little while at least, I am going to test the theory, the theory that ketosis is an effective and sustainable approach for me. And if it is not, then I will carefully reverse out and work other approaches. For now, I am going to rock keto and see what it brings. – watch this space!
