My fast is going great I’m enjoying not eating until 11AM. I have so much more energy, which I didn’t expect to happen. In addition, eating my last meal by 630PM helps when a sweet craving hits me around 730PM ?♀️?♀️ I’ve been working sweets into my daily calories better and am loving the results ??
